DESCRIPTION:Marie Mannschatz \nMarie Mannschatz is an internationally renowned meditation teacher. After working for twenty years in private practice as a Gestalt and body therapist\, she trained as a Vipassana teacher in the 1990s with Jack Kornfield at the Spirit Rock Meditation Center in California. There\, she and her teacher taught numerous multi-week silent retreats over the next ten years. \nStefanie Baltz \nStefanie Baltz is a long-time student and teaching assistant of Marie Mannschatz. Since 2021\, she has been co-leading the program with Marie. She has worked as a psychotherapist in her own practice for over 30 years. From 2009 to 2012\, she completed yoga teacher training. Since then\, in addition to her psychotherapeutic work\, she has been active as a yoga and Metta meditation teacher. \n  \nWe all carry a great treasure within us\, whose power and diversity only become apparent when we thoroughly polish it through our meditation practice. Daily life often throws us into a haze of conflicts\, overwhelming demands\, and obstacles. In this retreat\, we strengthen our ability to set boundaries\, enabling us to wisely regulate intense emotions. All our charming imperfections deserve attention and acceptance. We open our compassionate hearts and give space to what is uncomfortable. In this way\, restlessness and doubt can dissolve and transform into inner peace. \nDynamic yoga sessions in the morning invigorate us and energize us for the day. They awaken joy\, vitality\, and lightness. Mindful\, loving yoga in the evening supports the process of opening the heart and letting go. Walking and sitting meditation alternate\, and there are guided meditations\, talks\, and discussions in small groups. \n

SUMMARY:Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction with Thomas Struebel
DESCRIPTION:Thomas Struebel is a certified MBSR teacher (training at the Institute for Mindfulness with Dr. Linda Lehrhaupt)\nExtensive leadership experience in the public sector and NGOs (including the establishment and management of a center for traumatized asylum seekers)\nCourse instructor in the context of mindfulness and resilience in social-therapeutic institutions and administrations\nMeditation instructor\, meditation since 1979 (Vipassana with S.N. Goenka\, Mother Sayama\, John Coleman; Zen with Ama Samy) \nMindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) was developed in 1979 by Professor Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School (USA) and is offered with great success in many clinics\, social and educational institutions\, and companies within the USA and increasingly in Europe as well. At the heart of the MBSR program is the cultivation of mindfulness\, i.e.\, the ability to be and remain in contact with the present moment without getting lost in thoughts\, judgments\, worries\, or anxieties. Through the regular practice of mindfulness\, MBSR promotes well-being and a more conscious approach to stress in everyday life. Furthermore\, mindfulness contributes to a higher quality of life and personal development. \nMBSR is generally taught as an 8-week course. Other course formats (e.g.\, weekend courses\, individual coaching) are also possible. The focus is on teaching and practicing various forms of mindfulness exercises. In addition\, there are presentations and group discussions on specific topics. An important element is the participants’ own practice at home between course sessions. \nCore elements of the course include: \nMindful body awareness\nMindful bodywork\nSitting and walking meditation\nMindfulness exercises for everyday life\nMBSR addresses issues of daily life and is open to people of all ages\, regardless of profession or worldview.

DESCRIPTION:Natasha is certified by the Bihar School of Yoga and she’s also a long time practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism. She combines the depth of these traditions with a flexible approach that is attentive to the individual needs of students in yoga and meditation\, including the different phases that practitioners go through on the spiritual path. \nHaving recently completed 6 years of retreats that combine and integrate these traditions\, she is eager to share her practice with both beginners and experienced students. \nShe regularly leads international retreats\, including at the Cal Reiet center in Mallorca\, and Mahamudra meditation workshops. \nShe supports environmental initiatives\, as evidenced by her participation in the Tree-Nation reforestation project.

SUMMARY:Hatha Yoga with Walter Klocker
DESCRIPTION:Born in Graz in 1972\, Walter studied business education and worked for several years in the marketing department of an Austrian company before a severe burnout in 2002 forced him to completely change his life. Afterwards\, he traveled extensively\, spending a considerable amount of time at a meditation center in Guatemala\, where he studied yoga\, meditation\, the mystical Kabbalah\, and Reiki. \nHe has practiced yoga since 2002\, taught since 2007\, and explored various yoga styles before discovering Anusara Yoga in 2010. He then immersed himself in this inspiring tantric style for many years. Since then\, his yoga practice has continued to evolve through training in yoga therapy and further education in trauma-sensitive yoga. \nFor many years\, meditation\, especially Vipassana and mindfulness meditation\, has also been an important part of his life. His love for mindfulness meditation led him to train as an MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher and also as an MSC (Mindful Self-Compassion) teacher. \nHe has been practicing yoga since 2002\, teaching since 2007\, and has tried several yoga styles before discovering Anusara Yoga in 2010. He has also dedicated himself to this inspiring tantric style for many years. Since 2017\, Walter has also worked as a psychotherapist in his own practice\, offering “Concentrative Movement Therapy\,” a body psychotherapy method similar to yoga and mindfulness meditation\, which utilizes body awareness and\, moreover\, facilitates in-depth individual self-exploration\, therapeutic healing\, and the development of personal potential. \nIn addition to yoga classes\, workshops\, retreats\, and individual sessions\, Walter also offers courses and workshops in mindfulness meditation\, MBSR and MSC courses\, self-exploration in nature\, and psychotherapy.
