SUMMARY:Mirjam Bersier and Cédric Maillard:Yoga Reconnecting with the Essentials
DESCRIPTION:Back to Basics – Reconnecting with the Essential \nHow much time each day do I dedicate to connecting with who I am\, the Source\, the Divine\, the Great Spirit\, the one who has dwelt within me since my birth? \nHow much time each day do I take to give thanks for the simple things in my life\, like the air I breathe\, having enough to eat\, a roof over my head\, for this body I inhabit and which allows me to live so many experiences? \nConnecting with the essentials allows you to follow your path\, to hear that voice that will guide you for the rest of your life. \nThis is why you are truly called to live on Earth. \nDuring this journey\, we invite you to slow down\, in order to connect deeply with who you are\, to visit sacred and highly spiritual places\, to enter into profound dialogue with your inner self. To cherish it\, to give thanks\, and to integrate all that you have gained during this inner journey. \nIn a verdant natural setting\, a sparse forest inhabited by free-roaming peacocks\, birds of paradise\, monkeys\, squirrels\, and extraordinary trees… \nThe comfort and beauty of the cottages and the practice room will allow you to unwind\, immerse yourself\, and feel enveloped by the gentleness of this magical place. \nThese 10 days include: \nVisits to sacred sites\, temples\, forests\, and the lake \nGentle body practices\, yoga\, and dance \nSwimming in the lake\, relaxing moments \nAyurvedic massage \nSri Lankan vegetarian cooking class \nMeditation \nTime for silence and introspection \nContemplation \nHiking \n

SUMMARY:Marie Mannschatz and Stefanie Balz:Silent Metta RetreatCOMPLETE
DESCRIPTION:Marie Mannschatz \nMarie Mannschatz is an internationally renowned meditation teacher. After working for twenty years in private practice as a Gestalt and body therapist\, she trained as a Vipassana teacher in the 1990s with Jack Kornfield at the Spirit Rock Meditation Center in California. There\, she and her teacher taught numerous multi-week silent retreats over the next ten years. \nStefanie Baltz \nStefanie Baltz is a long-time student and teaching assistant of Marie Mannschatz. Since 2021\, she has been co-leading the program with Marie. She has worked as a psychotherapist in her own practice for over 30 years. From 2009 to 2012\, she completed yoga teacher training. Since then\, in addition to her psychotherapeutic work\, she has been active as a yoga and Metta meditation teacher. \n  \nWe all carry a great treasure within us\, whose power and diversity only become apparent when we thoroughly polish it through our meditation practice. Daily life often throws us into a haze of conflicts\, overwhelming demands\, and obstacles. In this retreat\, we strengthen our ability to set boundaries\, enabling us to wisely regulate intense emotions. All our charming imperfections deserve attention and acceptance. We open our compassionate hearts and give space to what is uncomfortable. In this way\, restlessness and doubt can dissolve and transform into inner peace. \nDynamic yoga sessions in the morning invigorate us and energize us for the day. They awaken joy\, vitality\, and lightness. Mindful\, loving yoga in the evening supports the process of opening the heart and letting go. Walking and sitting meditation alternate\, and there are guided meditations\, talks\, and discussions in small groups. \n

SUMMARY:Walter Klocker:A Space for Connection: The Heart to Heart Retreat & Sri Lanka TourIn German
DESCRIPTION:The Heart to Heart Retreat offers a sanctuary for deep self-awareness and authentic connection. At its core is the interplay between inner reflection and conscious contact with others. Through the alternate rhythm of silence and dialogue\, we create a space where masks can be dropped\, allowing us to meet each other heart to heart.\n \nThe Pillars of the Retreat:\n \nMeditation and Pranayama\nOur time together begins in stillness. Guided meditations and conscious breathwork (Pranayama) soothe the nervous system. The focus shifts from the external world inward\, establishing a grounded foundation for the journey ahead.\n \nMindful Yoga\nThese yoga sessions are not about performance\, but about consciously feeling your own body. Gentle\, flowing movements help release blockages\, anchor you in the present moment\, and strengthen your personal presence.\n \nPartner Yoga\nPracticing in pairs invites mindfulness into interaction. Through shared asanas\, gentle support\, and being held\, trust\, balance\, and the ability to let go become tangible on a physical level.\n \nThe Power of Silence\nPeriods of intentional silence are woven throughout the retreat. This stillness allows you to deeply integrate your experiences and listen to your inner voice without the distraction of everyday conversation.\n \nHeart to Heart Sharing\nIn conscious\, paired dialogues\, we share what moves us from within. Free from judgment\, through pure listening and speaking\, a space opens up for genuine\, open-hearted encounters as equals.\n \nThe Journey Continues: Discovering Sri Lanka\n \nFollowing the retreat\, we will transition from inner stillness into a shared outer journey through the tropical paradise of Sri Lanka. We will embark on a tour designed to deepen our connection to the rich heritage and vibrant nature of this teardrop island.\n \nSacred Spaces: We will step into ancient Buddhist history\, exploring centuries-old rock-cut caves\, historic temples\, and sacred sanctuaries filled with timeless spiritual energy.\n \nAuthentic Encounters: We will experience the warm hospitality of the Sri Lankan people\, learning about their traditions\, daily life\, and rich cultural tapestry firsthand.\n \nVibrant Flora & Fauna: We will immerse ourselves in the island’s breathtaking biodiversity—from lush tea plantations and tropical rainforests to the chance of spotting majestic wildlife in their natural habitat. \n \nAbout Walter\n \nFollowing a profound life turning point in 2002\, Walter dedicated his path to deep inner exploration and healing. His journey led him to travel extensively\, including immersive studies in yoga\, meditation\, and mysticism at a spiritual center in Guatemala.\n \nSince 2007\, Walter has been sharing his passion as a yoga teacher. His practice has continuously evolved from traditional styles and the tantric philosophy of Anusara Yoga toward Yoga Therapy and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. \n \nDeeply rooted in Vipassana and mindfulness\, which also inspired him to become a certified teacher for MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and MSC (Mindful Self-Compassion).\n \nIn 2017\, Walter established his own psychotherapy practice. While his foundation includes Concentrative Movement Therapy (a body-centered psychotherapy)\, he has heavily specialized in advanced trauma therapy over recent years. In his therapeutic work\, he seamlessly integrates powerful\, internationally recognized modalities\, including Internal Family Systems (IFS)\, Somatic Experiencing (SE)\, and the Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM).\n \nIn addition\, Walter holds a degree in Buddhist Psychotherapy (Essential Psychotherapy)\, beautifully bridging contemporary trauma work with ancient spiritual wisdom. Today\, he channels this rich blend of body awareness\, trauma-informed healing\, and meditative inquiry into his individual sessions\, courses\, workshops\, and international retreats.
