Meditation
Meditation is a way of discovering our true nature, the natural state of our mind when it is not clouded by our fears, hopes or fixed ideas. It is rediscovering lightness, joy, and a feeling of compassion that is always there in all living beings.
The importance of long retreats.
According to our own experience, it takes a few days to get through the layers of our mental constructions to discover our deep nature. This allows us to disidentify from our personal opinions, let go of our old boundaries and automatic reactions and find the infinite consciousness within.

Activities
Everyone is welcome here with their own religious and spiritual practice. The meditation hall is accessible to everyone at all times. It's also available for small spiritually oriented seminars and celebrations.

Events
The Nalanda Retreat Center host a variety of events, mainly in the fields of yoga, bodywork, meditation, personal development, coaching, community building, peace building, spirituality.

Yoga
Depending on the season and the event, yoga classes of various styles can take place.
