Meditation Retreat with Upul Nishantha Gamage

Upul is the master of Nilambe Meditation Centre located above Kandy, Sri Lanka.
He will lead a 3-day silent retreat open to beginners as well as experienced practitioners.

– Participation for the entire retreat.
– Arrival on February 23rd before 2 pm.
– Departure on February 26th from 3 pm onwards.
– Accommodation and meals according to the rates below.
– Teaching on donation, according to the Theravada Buddhist tradition of Sri Lanka.

The goal of Buddha’s teachings is Enlightenment which puts an end to all suffering. Meditation allows one to discover that freedom and clarity are present at every moment.
